One of the mistakes made in the 2011 version of TBD Prop 1 was too little control over where the money would be spent. Even in the short course of the campaign the Seattle Department of Transportation issued four different spending plans -- moving millions around each time.
Our goal for the 2012 package is not only a less regressive and more balanced approach, but a more specific spending package. We'll use this page to discuss our numbers in great detail so, unlike last time, voters will have confidence how their money will be used.
